I was tranfixed on Lipstick jungle last night, never peeling my eyes away from the screen and sitting at the edge of the chair, listening and watching intently whilst pulling my favorite blanket around me. Somewhere along the timeline, I caught on a beautiful but heart-wrenching song by Natasha Bedingfield, entitled 'Soulmate'. I am not keen on the vocals but the lyrics were crafted well:

'Soulmate'

Incompatible, it don't matter though
'cos someone's bound to hear my cry
Speak out if you do
You're not easy to find

Is it possible Mr. Loveable
Is already in my life?
Right in front of me
Or maybe you're in disguise

Who doesn't long for someone to hold
Who knows how to love you without being told
Somebody tell me why I'm on my own
If there's a soulmate for everyone

Here we are again, circles never end
How do I find the perfect fit
There's enough for everyone
But I'm still waiting in line

Who doesn't long for someone to hold
Who knows how to love you without being told
Somebody tell me why I'm on my own
If there's a soulmate for everyone

If there's a soulmate for everyone

Most relationships seem so transitory
They're all good but not the permanent one

Who doesn't long for someone to hold
Who knows how to love you without being told
Somebody tell me why I'm on my own
If there's a soulmate for everyone
If there's a soulmate for everyone

I always log onto blogger.com with the intention to write like its my official biography; Writing chapters after chapters and the paradoxes of life. Alas, after much time passes by, I fail to hurl everything out. This is why I should make a conscientious effort to blog and update as often. Still, procrastination gets the better of me, oh the ephemeral joys of youth.

I'll get to it, soon, when I am ready to lose my way with words.
